South Florida Home Sales Up Four Months In-A-Row

The gains aren’t significant but at least there’s more good news for south Florida’s housing market. According to new data, March home prices were up 2.5% over the same period in 2011.  With interest rates lower than we’ve seen in decades it’s a great time to be a home buyer. If you’re a homeowner or owner who’d like to sell,  these price increases aren’t exactly worth celebrating but at least we’re seeing some movement in the right direction. Some experts are saying south Florida home values will take years to get back to levels we saw in the mid-2000′s.
